ABOUT OUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The Institute will accept your cancellation until November 23rd. We set that date because the next day, November 24th, we begin distributing handouts to those who have registered. If you have registered with a credit card, the Institute will refund your payment minus the PayPal fee, which is $2.62 for an $80.00 payment. If you registered with a credit card via phone, the Institute will refund your payment minus the Square fee, which is $2.95 for an $80.00 payment. If you register with a check, the Institute will return your payment in full. Beginning November 24th the Institute will accept no cancellations and offer no refunds. The Institute applies the same policy to itself with one major exception. If the Institute finds it necessary to cancel the December 1th program and you have registered with a credit card, the Institute will refund your registration fee minus the PayPal charge; if you registered with a credit card via a phone call, the Institute will refund your registration fee minus the Square charge; if you registered with a check, the Institute will refund your fee in toto. The major exception is that the November 23rd limitation does not apply to the Institute: if you cancel on or before November 23rd, your fee will be refunded; if the Institute cancel at any time--before or after November 23rd--your fee will be refunded. For question or concerns, phone 913-302-6176 or email info@inksfe.com.
